Solar Installer
Description. Install residential and commercial solar systems across Vernon and the North Okanagan — racking, panel mounting, wiring and site preparation on roof and ground-mount projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in solar, roofing, electrical or general construction
- Comfortable working at height, with current fall-protection training
- Valid driver’s licence and clean record
- Able to work outdoors through Okanagan summers and winters

Licensed Electrician
Description. Carry out the electrical scope on grid-tied, hybrid and off-grid installations: service connections, inverter and battery wiring, panel upgrades, and commissioning to utility interconnection requirements.
Qualifications
- Red Seal or BC electrical certification in good standing
- Solar or battery-storage experience an asset, not a requirement
- Familiarity with BC electrical code and permitting
- Valid driver’s licence

Solar Sales & Assessment Consultant
Description. Speak with property owners about their power use, model system size and payback, and present honest numbers — including telling people when solar is not right for their property.
Qualifications
- Consultative sales experience, ideally in home improvement, trades or energy
- Comfortable with numbers and able to explain them plainly
- Genuine interest in renewable energy
- Valid driver’s licence
