Who You'll Deal With
A solar installation passes through several sets of hands. Rather than list names and headshots, here is what each role actually does on your project — and who you are talking to at each stage.
Installation is carried out by our team and our vetted local contractor partners. All electrical work is performed by licensed electricians. Your point of contact does not change as the project moves between them.
Your Solar Assessor
The person you speak to first. They pull your consumption history, model your roof planes and shading, and produce the output and payback figures. They are also the one who tells you when solar does not make sense on your property — which is a real part of the job, not a formality.
Design & Permitting
Turns the assessment into a system: panel layout, inverter selection, racking specified for local snow and wind loading, and the electrical design. Handles the electrical permit and the BC Hydro net-metering application so you do not have to chase either.
Installation Crew
Licensed electricians and installers who do the physical work — racking, panels, wiring and connection. Working on Okanagan roofs is their ordinary week: alpine snow loads up the mountain, older housing stock in town, agricultural buildings out through the valley.
Service & Support
After commissioning. Output checks, inverter faults, cleaning and inspection — including on systems we did not install. The people you call when production drops and you want to know why.
