Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 September 2026
These terms govern your use of solarpanelsvernon.com. By using the site you accept them.
Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes related to enquiring about or engaging our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it.
Information on this site
Content is provided for general information. Prices, system sizes, output figures, savings estimates and payback periods shown on this site are general ranges and illustrations, not quotations. They are based on typical North Okanagan installations and current utility rates, both of which change.
Your actual cost, production and payback depend on your specific property, consumption, roof, electrical service and the utility programs in effect at the time. A binding figure is only ever provided in a written quotation following an assessment.
Estimates and quotations
Requesting an estimate creates no obligation on either side. A written quotation is valid for the period stated in it. Work is governed by the written agreement you sign, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Services and contractors
Work may be performed by us or by vetted contractor partners. All electrical work is performed by licensed electricians and permitted as required.
Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Solar Panels Vernon and may not be reproduced without permission.
Third-party links
We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Solar Panels Vernon is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
