Vernon and the North Okanagan
We are based in Vernon and work throughout the surrounding region — north up the corridor through Armstrong and Enderby toward Salmon Arm, east out to Lumby and Cherryville, and south through Lake Country as far as Kelowna.
The region changes character quickly, and so do the systems. Lakeshore properties at Okanagan Landing and Carr’s Landing deal with orientation constraints and mature trees. The farmland around Spallumcheen and Lavington often has better ground than roof. Up at Silver Star and Predator Ridge, snow loading drives the racking specification. Out past Cherryville and Falkland, a good number of properties are off-grid by circumstance rather than choice.
